Payment

Payment in full is required before any item(s) will be shipped. I accept Pay Pal. I accept all major credit cards if used through Pay Pal.

To pay with a credit card do this:

1) Choose "Paypal" when you check out. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make the payment with your credit card.
2) Follow Paypal's prompts and enter your credit card info. That is all there is to it!

 

Shipping

I usually try ship within 1-5 business days after receiving your payment. Please allow additional time for custom-mix articles. If you have a question about your order and would like to get a better idea of when it may be shipped, please do not hesitate to ask me. Some of my items are pre- made (colors that are on the color chart, as-is) and I have them on the shelf ready to ship.

*Due to volume, and me being a one-woman show, custom orders may take up to 10-days to ship, or longer for intricate pieces. Please plan ahead for custom orders!

*During the holiday and dance academy season September- January orders may take longer depending on how many orders I get at one time. Please allow 5-7 business days for me to make your item and ship out during the peak season. If you are in a hurry please contact me and I will try to accommodate you so you can get your item in time for your special event.

* Items are only shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
*I do not work in my Studio on Saturdays and Sundays.

Items are processed by the order in which they are received. If you need an item for a specific event or rush order please contact me and I will try to accommodate you. During high-volume periods (June weddings, Halloween, Burning Man, New Years, Concerts, etc…you get the picture) it is important for you to plan ahead!

For custom made orders please allow me 5-10 days to make and ship your order. I may have to order materials in order to fulfill your request and so that may take extra time. If it takes longer than one week to send your custom order I will be in contact with you. I want to get your order right so I will send pics of what I have made before I ship it out. The shipping time will vary based on how many orders I receive and can process within that time.

Depending on where you live, such as outside of the U.S. (including AK and HI), it will take an additional 1-6 weeks for your order to arrive.

*Please note on the 2 occasions that I have shipped to Saudi Arabia it has taken over 3 months for them to receive their item. You are welcome to still order from me but please be aware of the delay in shipping time.

*Please note - Germany- there is a delay to ship first class. Items sit in customs for a long time... as of now there are reports of items sitting in customs up to 11 weeks. I have found this to be the case. You may still order from me first class but please wait at least until 11 weeks have gone by and still no item before asking me to track down your item. Please contact your post office first- once the package leaves the United States it cannot be tracked until it has been delivered.

I have a regular customer who has informed me that packages will not be delivered to your door any more- you need to go to the post office personally to pick up and check on your item.

If you want a fast shipment to Germany please contact me before you order and I will let you know how to order with faster shipping cost included (priority or express.)

International Buyers are responsible for paying all import duty, tax, and fees which may be collected by their country when the parcel arrives. To avoid misunderstanding, I declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. I will neither check the "gift" box nor under declare the value.

All shipping costs on the listings are for first class shipping unless you contact me beforehand to make other arrangements. If you want your item shipped faster than first class please contact me to request an invoice for the difference in shipping cost for either priority mail or overnight express shipping. I will accommodate you the best that I can!

I check my emails often throughout the day (except for Saturday which is my day off!) and I will look up the cost for the upgrade in shipping and will get back with you asap!

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in anyway and if the mistake was my own, I will gladly work with you to fix it! Please contact me  and I will try to resolve any issues.

* Note- if you have not purchased a hairpiece yet please read ->"How to choose the correct Hair color"<- before you order to avoid color match problems before they arise.

If you have made a purchase and are unhappy with the color match I will accept returns if the color is not right if it is not a custom mixed item. If it is a custom color mix and the color is not right I will accept returns but only if the fault is my own after swatches and pictures have been sent.

I ship all of my hair creations in clear packaging. If you notice that the creation you receive is not the right color I will except exchanges if you mail it back unopened. Opened packages will not be accepted as a returnable item. This is due to health codes and regulations. I guarantee my items and if you are unhappy with the color please contact me! I am a nice person I promise! I want you to be happy with your order do not want you to feel as though you are stuck with an item that you cannot wear.

I cannot accept exchanges for packages that have been opened or tampered with. The only exception is if the mistake was my own.

I will accept exchanges within a reasonable time of the item being received. (within 2 weeks of delivery.)
